Due to the nature of artwork and printed products, all sales are final.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace the item.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in resolving issues when possible.

Event Tickets (if applicable)
Tickets to events or paint parties are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.
